Defining the Role

Search Calibration

To ensure we represent your position, company, and vision correctly, the first step in our recruiting process to establish a time on the following day for a calibration call. This call is designed for us to present the role back to you as if you were the candidate. This allows you to hear exactly how we intend to represent your role to candidates and if there is anything we need to amend, edit, correct or fix, you have the opportunity to do so before we begin reaching out to people.

Search Strategy & Evaluation

Each qualified candidate will be presented with a written profile describing their professional/technical qualifications, professional achievements, intangible soft-skills desired, and job related motivations.

Negotiation

We typically play a key role during the offer phase as we thoroughly understand what it will take to deliver the candidate. We assist our clients with guidance on compensation expectations, start dates, and relocation if required. During the offer phase, advice is provided to the selected candidate on compensation, relocation, and long-term professional growth.

After acceptance of the position, our job is not over. We continue to stay in contact with the selected candidate, ensuring they have given written notice to their employer, discuss counteroffers, complete all necessary New Hire paperwork, complete their drug screening in a timely manner, and begin work in their new role as scheduled.

Guarantee

We offer a 1 year guarantee on our services, as such, it is our policy to follow up with all hiring authorities quarterly after the placement is made. We feel it is important to provide feedback to the hiring manager to ensure employee retention and continually manage candidate expectations.
